The plural of moose is moose; the plural of noose is nooses; but the plural of goose is geese. How weird is the English language???? The one on the left doesn't look keen to go in that cold water!

Aren't they such beautiful birds? It's strange, but we have several that fly over every day in the spring, usually in the morning. I love to hear their voices calling to each other. It's a beautiful sound.
Yes, thanks! I was again having a walk with the camera and noticed these. I was a bit too slow, because I would have liked also to get a photo of the first bird breaking the ice, but I was a bit late, and got this, which of course I also am happy of!
